We have received 206 registered contributions. The Scientific Organizing Committee will evaluate them by mid-February, which will be followed by the announcement to all the registered participants. The preliminary program will be announced by the beginning of March. Since we have reached the capacity of the venue, we stopped receiving the abstract submissions on January 15, 2026. The payment of the registration fee is possible via the Masaryk University Payment portal at this link. The early bird fee is available till February 28, 2026.
For IAUS405 participants we prepared a rich accompanying social program, including the Welcome cocktail, Conference dinner, sightseeing tour, and the concert full of beautiful Czech and Moravian music. In addition, participants can plan various free-time activities to enjoy Brno and its surroundings even more.
IAUS405 LOC members - Monika Viskotová and Michal Zajaček - prepared the workshop "Black holes under the magnifying glass" for about 30 high-school students within the CzecHopes 2026 event organized on the premises of the Faculty of Science, Masaryk University.
