Participants will be asked to pay the conference fee after the abstract acceptance announcement (by mid-February). The estimated amount is 350 Euros, which includes:

• venue cost & services (Brno Observatory and Planetarium)
• coffee breaks and lunches for every day
• welcome cocktail
• conference materials (badge, welcome package)
• conference proceedings
• social/free-time activities (concert, city sightseeing)

Participants can order conference dinner for an additional payment of 70 Euros per person (during the payment process after the abstract acceptance).
